Privacy statement

This page explains what this site handles when you visit the invite and application pages.

Application information

The application form currently does not send or store your answers. Submitting it only displays a message in your browser. Details you type into the form stay in the page and are not received by the site operator. Do not enter sensitive personal information.

Accounts and passkeys

When you create an account with a valid invite code, the site stores your username, a password hash (not your plain-text password), and the public credential data needed to verify your passkey. Your passkey’s private key remains with your authenticator. Each invite code can be used once. Sign-in requires your password and the registered passkey.

A passkey can be synchronized by your operating system or password manager, so this is not a guaranteed lock to one physical computer. Account data and passkey credentials are stored in the site database. A server-side session keeps you signed in; it expires according to the hosting configuration. Contact the site operator through the community channel where you received the invite to request account or device-binding help.

Discord

“Connect Discord” sends you to Discord’s authorization page and requests the identify permission. If you approve, the server exchanges the authorization code and retrieves your Discord user ID, username, and display name to show which account is connected. The access token is used for this verification and is not retained after the request.

The connected Discord identity is kept in your server-side session so the application page can show the connection status. The session ends according to the hosting server’s session settings. Disconnect by ending your browser session; the site does not currently provide a separate disconnect control. Discord handles its authorization page under its own privacy policy.

Technical information

The site uses essential browser storage for your language preference and a server session for sign-in and security checks. It does not include analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process basic request information (such as IP address, time, requested page, and browser details) to deliver and protect the site. The provider’s own privacy terms govern that processing.

Third-party services

Links to Discord, game publishers, mod creators, or other sites are governed by those services’ privacy policies. This statement does not cover information you provide directly to them.

Changes and questions

This statement may be updated as site features change. For privacy questions or account requests, contact the site operator through the community channel where you received the invite.
